PROCESSING/ SHIPPING

Please allow 3-10 business days for domestic orders & 10-21 business days for international orders.

Processing times exclude holidays and weekends. Feel free to check back frequently, as processing times may vary depending on the time of year or global event.

Free shipping on domestic orders $40+
Free shipping on international orders $60+

Pre-orders typically take anywhere from 30-90 business days. See 04, for more information regarding pre-orders.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at the time you ordered. It's important that you check your order for accuracy prior to finalizing and submitting payment.

If the product(s) are returned to sender, we will reship your items after reshipping costs have been paid.

If an incorrect/ incomplete address is provided at checkout, we will not be responsible for any additional product/ shipping costs incurred.

No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES

To ensure customer safety, products cannot be exchanged or returned unless we determine that the product is defective or the incorrect item(s) was shipped. It must be in its original condition with its original packaging. Exchanges or refunds will only be processed after we have received and inspected the item.

WHAT DOES IT MEANS TO PRE-ORDER A PRODUCT?

This means to order an item of merchandise before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later date (typically 30-90 days). Pre-ordering allows customers to be the first to purchase a new product that is either special edition or will come in a limited quantity. Every item has a different time frame it takes to manufacture and ship.

Brand ambassadors are usually hand picked by our PR/ Marketing team and represent everything our brand stands for. VENDING

We are always open to vending opportunities. Please email marketing@theboldbrand.com with the date, time, location, vending fee (if applicable), and the amount of attendees expected at the event.

CLIENT PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs we post on social network sites such as, Facebook and Instagram are used to showcase models and customers wearing our products. Several variables such as lighting, use of flash, computer monitor settings, or even customers modifying their own photos can give different appearances.
